Brain Fitness Program  -  New Class

A computer based program that is easy to use, effective and enjoyable. The program is designed to speed up auditory processing, improve working memory, and encourage the brain to produce more of the chemicals that help it remember.
Wii is a video system that requires the players body movements to control the game.
Games like bowling, tennis, and golf.
Some of the benefits include: Increase of cardiovascular endurance, improves reaction time, increases agility, improves balance control, relieves joint and muscular pain.
 
Age actively! Think faster! Focus better! Remember more! Your brain will thank you!!!

Crafts: Creating with Clay

Create original clay pieces through the hand modeling, glazing, and firing process. Learn basic pinch, slab, and coil pottery techniques. Then move to more advanced methods of sculpting and decorating.

Home Arts: Needlepoint

This is the perfect class to learn basic sewing or sharpen your advanced skills. You can sew simple projects or learn to tailor suits, coats, jackets, and pants. You can even design and sew your own

Quilting/Sewing

From appliqué & patchwork quilts to aprons & stuffed animals...these projects you can make in this class. Sew an easy pattern, continue adding to your repertoire of skills, or do your own thing in a friendly atmosphere. All skill levels welcome. Come to all three sessions...or choose the one you want.

$30 materials fee for Session I or Session II
